#Skyvu drive in movie#
Over the past several years, people have rediscovered the magic of watching stars on the big screen under the stars – a great and unique experience no matter how the movie on screen turns out. And now that the weather's finally begun cooperating and big new blockbusters are beginning to come out, we can roll film on rolling out to the movies again in our sweet rides. Good value too.A disappearing part of moviegoing's past remains a piece of the moviegoing present: the drive-in. It was a great experience for our children. Just as awesome as when I was a kid! Best way to see a movie! Love this place, my son loves going here! Great prices! Thanks for re-opening. Great family environment, owners are very personable, and try to welcome every guest. Wonderful my family loves this place.very clean and very friendly great customer service. My fiancee went on a road trip and stored by on our ride home. The people at the stand are very nice polite and helpful they sound and picture is great. The only thing that would make it better is if the traffic going by didnt interfere with the movies sound. Cant say enough good things about the drive in. You can afford to take your family to the movies. In fact, the night we were there our battery died and they lent us jumper cables to jump our car with. The experience itself is well worth your time and money. Very few drive in theaters are around and this one was a great place to go! Food is tasty and the movies were well worth the 1 hour drive. its the best cant beat the price for 2 movies and best of all its a drive in!!! My family loves it here!! Friendly environment and great movies we went at least every other weekend this summer if not every weekend. Definitely making as many trips as we can to the drive in instead of a movie theatre! A good place for one movie but I couldnt see watching more than one movie here.Ībsolutely wonderful! Very inexpensive $7 per person (for double feature!), $4 for burgers, $2.50 for candy.

They have concessions there and there are often available groupons for this drive in. My husband and I will be back for date night !Ī longer drive than Carlisle drive in and a smaller screen. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, great guy. Had a great time, brought back so many memories and we were able to give our granddaughter something new for her memory chest. Of course, you cannot forget about the popcorn and novelty snacks during the films!!!! We love going to the drive in as often as we can during the season! The staff is friendly, the have an excellent bacon cheeseburger with fries. This is the BEST drive-in in the area.a lot of grass, very family friendly, the food is great and affordable, and the owners are super nice!! My family absolutely LOVES going to this drive-in and its well worth over the hours drive to get there!! Owner is always greeting people before and during the intermission to make sure our needs are being met! Great food too! It was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive!!!Ībsolutely great! You cant beat the price, $7 for a double feature! Nice large screen with plenty of parking. The hospitality from the owner himself was out of this world!! He treated us as though we were his own family!! The movies were GREAT.the food Really Good!! The facility very clean!! What a memorable experience!! We shall definitely be returning. Bathrooms clean, food great, staff friendly worth a visit or 10!

So glad the Troutmans chose to lease it to someone who knows the value & importance of this great family tradition. Drive-ins were part of my childhood, SkyView part of my teens til it closed. Nostalgia at its best! Been coming here since the 70s. You get to see 2 movies for a little more than the price of 1. The other thing is that they have Pepsi products, which is OK if you like Pepsi. The only bad thing was that some people put the hatch up on their SUVs, blocking the view of the screen.
